[ways to live and not merely exist]

i'm not an artistic or poetic person, but i found this on the internet while i was wasting my time so i thought i'd share a bit of it.
[1]  love: anyone, anything, it doesn't have to be romantic.
[2]  get outside: play in the rain, run barefoot in the grass.
[3]  savor food: quit dieting, just be smart.
[4]  create a morning ritual: enjoy it.
[5]  take chances:  be bold, risk it all, what do you have to lose?
[6]  follow excitement: or it gets away.
[7]  find your passion:  you only live once.
[8] smile at each person you see: it could make their day + it's healthy.
[9]  turn off your tv:  how many hours do we have to live? unplug it.
[10]  get off the internet:  it's mostly a waste of time.
[11]  travel: you'll never regret it.
[12]  rediscover what's important: make a list of all that matters to you.
[13]  eliminate everything else: turn that list into 10 things--the rest are taking up your time.
[14]  exercise:  you'll feel alive.
[15]  be positive:  otherwise you're self-doubting, critical, and a complainer
[16]  open your heart:  easier said than done, but try it.
[17]  kiss in the rain:  old news.
[18]  face your fears:  and you'll free them.
[19]  when you suffer, suffer:  feel it, move on, and find joy.
[20]  slow down:  enjoy what you do, learn to move at a snail's pace.
[21]  touch humanity:  give up your materialistic lifestyle for a while.
[22]  volunteer:  help others and you'll be happy.
[23]  play with children:  they add life.
[24]  talk to old people:  you could learn something.
[25]  learn new skills:  you never know when they'll come in handy.
[26]  find spirituality:  nothing else will go so far.
[27]  do nothing:  sometimes a relaxation is much needed.
[28]  watch sunsets, daily:  it's healthy and calming.
[29]  stop reading magazines:  they're crap anyway.
[30]  break out from ruts:  change it up, even if it's just a new route to school or work.
[31]  stop watching the news:  it's depressing.
[32]  laugh till you cry:  it's the best pain.
[33]  lose control:  you'll learn.
[34]  cry:  it's healthy and cleansing.
[35]  make an awesome dessert:  it's amazing.
[36]  try something new, every week:  noting huge, just a new little adventure.
[37]  be in the moment:  don't wait, and don't plan ahead.
