if you know of ike, then you understand the humor in the idea that my family went out for dinner tonight. he stayed in the booth actually. he just climbed up the side in his clunky snowboots trying to ride his finger-skateboard in the cactus decorations.  anyway, at the end of the meal...

 waitress: "how would you like the checks?"

everyone was confused

she leaves.
