We Were On A Boat

Pineview Retreat: 2011

After hiking through a field and someone's backyard these dozen or so girls waited for an hour on a log for the boat to pick them up, just to avoid paying the entrance fee.

We had a good time until we got in trouble for:

1.  Being in a no-boat zone.

2.  Having 11 girls on a 8 passenger boat.

3.  Not having proof of insurance.

4.  Not having enough life jackets.

5.  Not having registration on the side of the boat.

6.  Probably more, we just had no idea.

3 girls had to drive away with the sheriff who let us off with a verbal warning, not even a pink slip, we're so charming.

We were good to go.

Until we ran out of gas in the middle of the lake and had to be towed.

We finally made it to Meg's cabin and took sparkler pictures on Brynn's camera.  This one is particularly hilarious for some reason.

Saturday we all made it to the beach, FINALLY.

While picking the girls up from the log I received this bruise, pictures don't do justice.

FINALLY spent some time with my fedora q-ing eskimo sister after a long separation of her being home in L.A.

Then I planked on the tube, everyone just about had a heart attack.

And we ended the amazing weekend with the Fireball, the greatest roller-coaster ever.
